Product Manager (ERP Implementation) | Cork | Hybrid | Permanent
Hiring on behalf of a global business seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and execution of enhancements across their Workday platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and translate HR business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Prioritise and manage a product backlog aligned to business value and platform capabilities
- Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices
- Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Lead Workday-related projects and initiatives end to end
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies proactively
- Enable data-driven decision making, automation, and AI opportunities within the platform
- Contribute to project planning, sequencing, and dependency management
Requirements
- 5 years' hands-on experience with Workday in a product, functional, or consulting capacity
- Experience across one or more Workday modules — Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Learning, or Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology enables business value
- Product mindset with a focus on value, prioritisation, and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
