Product Manager (ERP Implementation) | Cork | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a global business seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and execution of enhancements across their Workday platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate HR business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Prioritise and manage a product backlog aligned to business value and platform capabilities
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices
• Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Lead Workday-related projects and initiatives end to end
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies proactively
• Enable data-driven decision making, automation, and AI opportunities within the platform
• Contribute to project planning, sequencing, and dependency management

Requirements

• 5 years' hands-on experience with Workday in a product, functional, or consulting capacity
• Experience across one or more Workday modules — Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Learning, or Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology enables business value
• Product mindset with a focus on value, prioritisation, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
